Meet Our Graduate Therapists

Maria Radek, BA

Supervised Graduate Therapist

EMDR-Trained Therapist

For children, teens, young adults, neurodivergent clients, families, and people recovering from trauma

Maria brings warmth, humor, empathy, and a deep respect for the ways early experiences shape who we become.

Her path to counseling grew from both lived experience and years of supporting children. Adopted as a child herself, Maria developed an early interest in identity, attachment, family relationships, and how childhood experiences influence the way people understand themselves and connect with others.

Her interest in trauma therapy and EMDR became personal after experiencing trauma while working in a psychiatric hospital. After experiencing EMDR herself, she became interested in helping other people process experiences that still feel overwhelming, painful, or stuck.

Maria currently works as a paraeducator and is especially comfortable working with children and clients with developmental and neurodevelopmental differences.

She works to create a therapy space where clients feel understood without being judged, rushed, corrected, or talked down to.

Holly DeBevoise

Supervised Graduate Therapist

EMDR-Trained Therapist

For queer and trans clients, neurodivergent people, creatives, trauma survivors, spiritual deconstruction, identity exploration, and people who have never quite fit inside the box

Holly works especially well with people who have spent a lot of their lives feeling too weird, too much, too complicated, too sensitive, too creative, too questioning, or simply outside what other people consider “normal.”

Her therapy style is relational, collaborative, curious, creative, and engaged.

Rather than analyzing you from across the room, Holly wants therapy to feel like something the two of you are actually doing together.

Her own path has included deconstructing Christianity, exploring queer identity, developing a self-determined spirituality, and examining how shame, relationships, culture, trauma, and oppressive systems influence the way people understand themselves.

Her work is influenced by narrative therapy, parts work and IFS concepts, somatic approaches, expressive arts, liberation psychology, queer theory, relational therapy, and EMDR.

And because Holly has spent years as both a visual artist and writer, therapy does not always have to happen entirely through talking.

Drawing, imagery, movement, writing, creativity, metaphor, humor, and other forms of expression are welcome when words alone aren’t cutting it.

Holly may be a good fit if you’re exploring:

  • Queer identity and LGBTQIA+ concerns

  • Trans or nonbinary identity

  • ADHD or Autism

  • Trauma and complex trauma

  • Religious trauma

  • Spiritual deconstruction

  • Spirituality and meaning-making

  • Dissociation

  • Grief, death, and loss

  • Perfectionism

  • Shame and self-worth

  • Emotional regulation

  • Identity development

  • Sexuality and sexual concerns

  • Kink

  • Alternative relationship structures

  • Creative blocks

  • Artistic identity

  • Body image and body respect

  • HAES-aligned care

Holly works with:

Teens • Adults • Couples • LGBTQIA+ Clients • Queer & Trans Clients • Neurodivergent Clients • Artists & Creatives
