De-escalation training for organizations

Most de-escalation training teaches techniques. Ours teaches why those techniques work — and why they fail when they do.

Effective de-escalation isn't about following a script. It's about understanding what's happening in a dysregulated nervous system and knowing how to respond in ways that move toward regulation rather than escalation. That understanding changes how people intervene — with students, with clients, with anyone in crisis.
