Our clinicians provide therapy for concerns ranging from everyday stress and anxiety to complex trauma, OCD, dissociation, relationship concerns, and neurodivergence.

EMDR Therapy

Several of our clinicians provide EMDR therapy, an evidence-based trauma treatment designed to help the brain process experiences that continue to feel unresolved.

EMDR may be used for concerns such as:

  • PTSD

  • Childhood trauma

  • Medical trauma

  • Relationship trauma

  • Grief and loss

  • Panic and anxiety

  • Distressing memories

  • Experiences that continue to feel emotionally “stuck”

We also provide EMDR for clients who have already completed significant therapy but continue to feel affected by past experiences.

OCD Treatment

We provide treatment for obsessive-compulsive disorder and related anxiety symptoms, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) when clinically appropriate.

OCD may involve more than visible rituals. Clients may struggle with:

  • Intrusive thoughts

  • Reassurance seeking

  • Mental reviewing

  • Checking

  • Contamination fears

  • Harm-related fears

  • Relationship OCD

  • Religious or moral obsessions

  • Perfectionism

  • Fear of uncertainty

Neurodivergent-Affirming Therapy

Our practice provides therapy for autistic and ADHD adults, teens, and children.

Therapy may focus on:

  • Burnout

  • Masking

  • Emotional regulation

  • Executive functioning

  • Relationships

  • Sensory needs

  • Identity

  • Trauma related to being misunderstood or unsupported

  • Late identification of ADHD or autism

Our goal is not to make neurodivergent people appear more neurotypical. Therapy should help people understand themselves, reduce distress, and build lives that work better for them.
